Bob and his wife Diane have a son and a daughter. The family enjoys visiting relatives in Vancouver during the summer. In his spare time, Bob enjoys surfing the Internet, fishing and golfing. He is especially looking forward to challenging the golf courses in the Bay Area. He also enjoys playing softball and was involved in many charity games while a member of the Detroit Red Wings. With the Red Wings, Bob helped the club win back-to-back Stanley Cup Championships. In addition, Bob has played in six consecutive Western Conference Finals. Bob's favorite actor is John Cleese and his favorite pro athlete is former pitcher Nolan Ryan. Bob wears his long-time number, 3, after coming to San Jose from Detroit last summer. His favorite pregame meal is pasta and fish. Bob wants to begin collecting wine and looks forward to visiting Napa and Sonoma. One day he hopes to take an extended mountain bike camping trip around Australia. Bob enjoys following his investments on the Internet.
