Owen Nolan is the new captain of the Sharks; he is in his third season with the team. Owen's most memorable moment (to the fans) in the playoffs last season was when Ed Belfour ventured out of his net, leaving him fair game for Owen. Owen didn't hold back, checking Belfour into the boards.
