Jeff and his wife, Sarah, have three daughters: Maggie, Katelyn and Rachael. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan in 1991. He has two older sisters and three younger brothers. One of his brothers (Jon) is a hockey producer at ESPN, while another (Brad) played for the IHL’s Detroit Vipers last season. Jeff is an avid fly fisherman, and also enjoys tennis and golf. He played on the same high school team (Acton-Boxboro) with Penguins goaltender Tom Barrasso.
